Account And Data Requests
For waitlist copy or deletion requests, email from the same address you used to join the waitlist. For account, synced data, contributed recitation data, or privacy questions, include the email address used to sign in to Matn. Do not send passwords or private keys.
In-App Data Controls
Inside Matn, Settings includes controls for usage data, crash reports, contributed recitation clips, and account deletion. Deleting your account removes cloud data linked to that account. Deleting the app removes local-only data from that device.
Audio And Recitation Troubleshooting
- Check that microphone permission is enabled for Matn.
- Open Settings, Speech Recognition, and confirm the recitation model is downloaded.
- If recording is empty, disconnect Bluetooth headsets and try the built-in microphone.
- For recitation feedback, use a quiet room and wait briefly after the final word.
Platform Availability
Matn is coming soon to iOS and macOS. Android follows after Play internal testing and device coverage checks.
