- ١أَلْحَمْدُ لِـلإِلَـٰهِ ذِي الْجَلَالْʾalḥamdu li-al-ʾilāhi dhī al-jalālوَشَارِعِ الْحَرَامِ وَالْحَلَالْwa-shāriʿi al-ḥarāmi wa-al-ḥalāl
- ٢ثُـمَّ صَلَاةُ اللهِ مَعْ سَلَامِيthumma ṣalātu Allāhi maʿ salāmīعَلَى النَّبِيِّ الْمُصْطَفَى التَّهَامِيʿalā al-nabiyyi al-muṣṭafā al-tahāmī
- ٣مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَادِي مِنَ الضَّلَالِmuḥammadin al-hādī mina al-ḍalāliوَأَفْضَلِ الصَّحْبِ وَخَيْرِ آلِwa-ʾafḍali al-ṣaḥbi wa-khayri ʾāli
- ٤وَبَعْدُ : هَـٰذِي «زُبَدٌ» نَظَمْتُهَاwa-baʿdu : hādhī «zubadun» naẓamtuhāأَبْيَاتُهَا أَلْفٌ بِمَا قَدْ زِدْتُهَاʾabyātuhā ʾalfun bi-mā qad zidtuhā
